Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–10 business days
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Glow Ritual is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
